Join our 19-week Virtual Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Group designed to help participants develop essential skills in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness. This group provides a structured and supportive environment to learn and practice DBT strategies with a trained facilitator. This program starts on January 28th, 2025 at 3:30-5:00pm, and will be held every Tuesday.
